Each piece sold by Westlake Homes is made to order, meaning your artwork is carefully produced specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed. As a result, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged Orders
In rare instances, orders may incur damage during transit. If your item arrives with any noticeable damage, please email clear and detailed photos (including images of the packaging) to info@westlakehomes.co within 72 hours of delivery, based on the shipping carrier's timestamp.
If eligible, we may choose to replace or repair the item at our discretion after reviewing the submitted images. To be considered for review, please ensure:
Images are submitted in .jpg or .png format
Photos are sent within 72 hours of confirmed delivery
Damage is documented before the artwork is hung or displayed
The review process may take up to 30 business days
If a replacement is approved, shipping timelines depend on production schedules and availability. In some cases, return shipping fees may apply.
